Chairman’s Note
Mifta Naim Huda serves as the Executive Director of the Centre for Development Innovation and Practices (CDIP) since August 2020. CDIP is a rural development organization focusing on microfinance, primary health care, educational support, and social initiatives. Before joining CDIP, he led marketing at Agora Limited, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. His career includes a 7-year tenure at Bata Shoe Company as Head of Shoe Collections, managing major global and in-house brands. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Business Administration with a major in marketing from Assumption University, Thailand.
MD’s Note
Mir Mohammed Shamsul Alam, the Managing Director of CDIP Enterprise, brings extensive experience from prestigious organizations both internationally and domestically. His career includes roles such as Departmental Head & Front-End Manager at Al-Rawda & Hawally Co-operative Society in Kuwait, Head of Distribution & Logistics at Rahimafrooz SuperStores Ltd, and Regional Sales Manager at ACI Logistics Ltd. He also served as Head of Distribution at Rangs Industries Limited. His expertise lies in strategic planning and execution to enhance retail operations. Shamsul Alam graduated from Dhaka University in 1990.
